Through the use of our website, we offer customers beneficial information regarding activities, attractions, hotels, and other travel-related points of interest for many popular travel destinations. The inbound-outbound sales team will only be answering incoming calls. There is no outbound calling at this position.
As a Vacations Made Easy employee, you will be dedicated to helping customers get the absolute most out of their vacation. Job duties include answering inbound calls to customers and completing a positive, upbeat, and friendly sales pitch while doing your absolute best to make customers feel respected and just like family. Applicants must possess a strong work ethic, and be able to conduct themselves professionally and treat customers with respect.

We are open 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days a week, including holidays. We offer schedules for full-time and part-time employees. Employees choose either 12-hour shifts or 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends. The amount of shifts per week are based upon the employee's full-time or part-time status. Hourly wages begin at $9 per hour with bonus sales commission. Our agents are making between $18 - $34 an hour.
