Through the use of our website, we offer customers beneficial information regarding activities, attractions, hotels, and other travel-related points of interest for many popular travel destinations.
As a Vacations Made Easy employee, you will be dedicated to ensuring that each and every customer is fully prepared to plan their dream vacation. Job duties include handling inbound calls from customers while helping them place orders, and doing your absolute best to guarantee that each and every customer you speak with is treated like family. Customer Service Representatives play an important role within our team, but a majority of your time will be spent working independently, so applicants must possess a strong work ethic.

Our Full Time Customer Service Representatives each work three 12-hour shifts (either 8am to 8pm or 9am to 9pm) and one four hour shift within a seven day period, rotating holidays and weekends.
Hourly wage begins at $11/hr and paid vacation time.
